How is the crew priced?
Usually per manday: one rate that covers wages, the EPF and ESIC that apply, and our service charge, billed monthly. If you prefer, we can contract per piece or per kg instead.
What size of crew, and for how long?
We’re set up for crews of about 20 workers or more, on 8-hour shifts, for three months or longer: a season, a project or years.
Where do you supply crews?
In Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Punjab (Jalandhar and Kapurthala) and Uttarakhand (Haridwar, Dehradun and beyond). For a site elsewhere in India, tell us where it is and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can staff it.
Are you a manpower agency or a staffing company?
We’re a manpower contractor. An agency sends you candidates to hire. We supply the workers, keep them on our payroll, supervise them on site, replace absentees and handle wages, EPF and ESIC. You get a working crew and one invoice.
